BUILD A BETTER BRIEF
Good decisions start with the right details.
Explore the points below to shape your enquiry. Start with what you know; we can discuss the details that need clarification.
Start with the application
Tell us whether the ingredient is intended for manufacturing, foodservice, distribution or another use. A product name alone may not capture composition, performance or handling requirements. A specification sheet helps align the enquiry before a commercial offer is discussed.
Compare a complete supply requirement
Include the quantity per order, expected order frequency, packaging preference and delivery destination. Where relevant, ask for technical sheets, shelf-life information and storage conditions for the proposed product. Specifications and available supporting documents need confirmation for each source.
Plan market requirements early
For UAE and other international enquiries, identify the destination and any buyer-required documents at the start. Product origin, availability, shipment arrangements and commercial terms are confirmed case by case. Saina is your trading and sourcing contact; do not assume that every listed product is held in local stock.
When evaluating dairy ingredients, ask for the proposed product specification rather than relying on the general product name. A manufacturing brief can describe the application, required composition, preferred pack size and how the ingredient will be handled on arrival. Mark essential requirements clearly and separate them from preferences that can be discussed.
Compare quotations on the same basis. Check the quantity covered, delivery point, packaging, proposed timing and supporting information included in each offer. If a sample is needed, agree how it will be evaluated and whether the assessment relates to the proposed supply. Keep any unanswered technical questions visible before progressing with a purchase.
For general export background, consult APEDA’s export resources and the DGFT portal. Confirm requirements for the specific dairy product and receiving market with the relevant parties. These resources are provided for research; they do not represent a claim about Saina’s registrations or certifications.
